Help Arjun Biddappa Fight Cancer: Support My Treatment and Road to Recovery

I was recently diagnosed with adenocarcinoma, a form of cancer, and am currently undergoing treatment. This has involved chemotherapy, ongoing medical evaluations, and the possibility of major surgery. As my treatment continues and my Insurance Coverage getting exhausted I am facing significant medical expenses and am seeking support from friends, family, colleagues, and anyone willing to help. Any contribution, regardless of the amount, will go directly toward covering treatment and related medical costs. If you are unable to contribute, sharing this fundraiser with others would also be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your support and for helping me through this journey.

Our Story

The journey we never expected

My Medical Condition and Treatment Journey

I have been diagnosed with adenocarcinoma, a type of cancer. During my investigations, doctors identified a tumour in the region of the head of the pancreas, close to the common bile duct. The tumour caused a narrowing of the bile duct, for which a stent was placed to help maintain drainage.

As part of the effort to understand the underlying factors associated with my diagnosis, I underwent genetic testing. The testing identified a BRCA2 gene finding. Certain inherited BRCA2 mutations are associated with an increased risk of developing cancers, including pancreatic cancer. This finding is an important part of understanding my condition and may also help my medical team assess treatment options.

Given the tumour's proximity to a major blood vessel, my medical team has been carefully evaluating the safest treatment approach. My current treatment plan involves chemotherapy with FOLFIRINOX, CISPLATIN and GERMLINE followed by reassessment of the tumour's response. Depending on the results and my doctors' recommendations, major surgery known as the Whipple procedure may be considered, followed by further treatment if required.

The journey involves ongoing chemotherapy, medical investigations, specialist consultations and major surgery, bringing significant financial challenges for my family.

I am raising funds to help cover these medical expenses and continue the treatment recommended by my doctors. Every contribution and every share of my story brings us valuable support during this difficult time.
